Two Bedrooms, Full Kitchen Dining and Living area with pull out couch
Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Caribbean style villa (built in 2013) has lake views from the large picture windows off of the living room. The vaulted ceilings add to the open feel and tile runs through every room for easy living.
The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Dish cloths and dish towels are also provided for your use.
This wheelchair accessible villa provides a zero entry shower. Don't forget to bring bath towels and toiletries.
Bedrooms have fresh linens on full size beds (54" x 80"). The living room has a sofa hide-a bed for additional sleeping arrangements Pillows and extra linens are also provided.
This villa is equipped with heat/air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player, radio, patio set, fire pit and charcoal grill. Don’t forget to bring charcoal.
There is a boat slip reserved for use during your stay. Kayaks, paddle boards and fishing boats are available at no charge to guests staying at the Resort. Please limit your time so that all guests have access to these items. Lifejackets are required when using Loch Nest Resort water equipment.
Lifejackets are not provided, please bring your own.
Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. There is a $10 charge for each additional person/day in the villa. Children under 10 stay free. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults. Rates are subject to a MN state sales tax and fees. A $5 daily fee will be charged for each visitor. All visitors must leave the resort prior to quiet hours beginning at 10:00pm.
For any pets there will be a fee charged at
$20/day
Deposit:
All deposits are equal to 40% of the total charge. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposit is NON-refundable. Full reservations are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival. If we are successful in rebooking a portion of your reservation, a partial refund will be made available.
